Wayne Williams

Wayne is the Former Senior Vice President of A&R at Jive Records/BMG and RCA RECords. This grammy winning executive has discovered and helped shape artists like will smith, backstreet boys, r. Kelly, Aaliyah, Alex Boyd, Charlie Wilson and many more. Wayne is also a founding member of the Chosen Few DJs , world renowned for their influence on dance music and soulful house music.

Wayne tours internationally with various artists and is currently signing acts and investing into the careers of emerging talent.

SOFIA JARLo

Sofia Jarlo is an A&R Director & Publisher based in Sweden,

Formerly a primary-school teacher, Ms. Jarlo is a bilingual pre-school teacher, best-selling children’s book author, entrepreneur, and songwriter — known as one of the most successful, unconventional and consummate storytellers in Sweden. As an industry advisor specializing in success-motivation and personal development, she's become a valuable resource for authors, artists, other creatives, and innovative entrepreneurs.

Committed to working with the Singer’s Company team, Sofia is now focusing her creative abilities on finding new vocal artists and developing and promoting their talents.

Roy Hamilton III

Roy is a Multi-Platinum Grammy nominated Pop/R&B music producer, songwriter and A&R executive, also the grandson of the legendary singer Roy Hamilton.

Collectively, these skills and abilities have helped to sell over 70 million albums worldwide for Record labels & artists like: Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Nsync, Backstreet Boys, Austin French, Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, Capitol Records, RCA Records, Universal Music Group and many more.

In the last two decades, Roy has discovered and helped shape the musical careers of several chart topping singers, songwriters and producers.

Melissa Torelli, A&R/Mentor & French Artist Relations

Belgian-Italian native, Melissa follows the arts scene very closely internationally, as well as at home in Toronto. A graduate of Sheridan College’s Honors Bachelor in Music Theatre Performance, she has been able to work on original Canadian productions such as Prom Queen: The Musical, and Dora- award winning musical Brantwood.

As a bilingual performer Melissa works also with the francophone community as much as possible and can be seen in a short webisode series via AMI (Accessible Media Inc). She’s worked with such theatre groups as DuffleBag Theatre in their French troupe for kids as well as for Electric Moon Theatre north Toronto. Selected theatre credits include: In the Heights, The Yoga Musical (new Canadian work), Godspell, Parade- in Concert (A Night at the Lincoln Centre, NYC), Bye Bye Birdie.

Sarah Tomlinson, Creative Director

Sarah Tomlinson is an artist, musician, songwriter and business executive in the making. With a strong command of both French and English, a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a passion for all things music, Sarah is carving a unique path in the music industry.

Based in Toronto, Sarah has already performed at several historical venues—such as The El Mocambo and The Rivoli—as an artist and live pianist. She has also written for The Singer’s Company’s artists, catering to a diverse range of musical genres and styles.

In the meantime, she’s explored Toronto’s media scene as a student journalist, working for campus publications and radio stations. This has given her a wide breadth of knowledge of how media and music intertwine. She also spent six months in Belgium travelling to ten different countries to explore all that Europe has to offer.

At The Singer’s Company, her hope is collaborate with other creatives to enlighten people’s worlds across borders with music.

Mark Masri,

Mark Masri is a Canadian singer, songwriter and producer. He is signed to EMI record label and has released five major label albums: He sings in English and also has a multilingual repertoire of interpretations. On his album La Vocehe sings a collection of classic songs in six languages.

He is also he co-host of the longest running YES TV Faith and family based show 100 Huntley street.

Peyton Reign, A&R DIRECTOR | CANADA

Peyton Reign is an A&R scout & Music mentor for Roy Hamilton III under the labels of Universal Music Publishing and RCA Records.

Miss Reign holds a Top 10 Spot on The independent singer/songwriter charts across Canada with Reverbnation. Peyton's music is playing around the globe on radio stations from Europe to Australia, Canada to Brazil. she has toured and performed all across Canada, USA, Africa And Japan.

Peyton is A Graduate of Carleton University, Ottawa Ontario. with degrees in both music and Psychology.

Jeff Watson, Talent Management & new media development

Jeff Watson has Executive produced several major music and arts media projects for: YES TV, CBC, NETFLIX and BELL MEDIA.

He is a founding member and manager of well-known Canadian pop quartet, "Distinct Nature" signed to EMI records. The group scored A CHR Top 10 hit with the song, "Human."

During his 20 plus years in the entertainment industry, Jeff has shared the stage with many multi-platinum recording artists such as Usher, Monica, John Legend, K-OS

Maria Hamilton

General manager

Maria is heavily involved in all aspects of the music business, including business management, consultation, marketing and promotions for over 40 years. She currently manages the estate of the legendary singer Roy Hamilton & the Hamilton organization.

 

Christine Catipon, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & MUsic BLOGger

Christine is our Executive Virtual Assistant. She has a Bachelor of Arts and majored in Communications. Christine is hardworking and self-motivated.

She has a keen ear for music and all things arts and entertainment centric.

Roy Hamilton Jr.

Vocal Development

Roy Hamilton Jr, son of the “Golden Boy of Song” Roy Hamilton, was born to sing, and since the age of 7, he has done just that! Roy entertains people all over the world with a singular purpose: To ensure that the legacy of his father is never forgotten. Currently, he is the headmaster and vocal coach at the Roy Hamilton School of Voice, using his soaring tenor and years of performance experience to mentor a new generation of artists and performers.

Ashley Aimee, Social Media Manager

Ashley is our social media manager at The Singer’s Company. She has years of social media experience with her work in radio and as an illustrator for a youth activist organization. Her passion for music started at a young age.

She was 11 when she had her first experience recording in the studio. Shorty after she collaborated on a song that made it to radio play. She uses her experience as an international student to immerse herself in different cultures through music and media.

With a great passion for music, and connectivity, Ashley uses her social media experience to share the talent we have here at the singer’s company.

Chris Ramnath,

Chris started his musical journey at the age of 14 in his home country of Trinidad. He has close to 20 years of experience in Gospel and Christian Contemporary Music Genre. One of his strengths is spotting talent and working with the individuals and groups to develop and grow in their gifting. He has served as Band Lead, Music Director and Tech Director over the years at churches in the Greater Toronto Area and Trinidad.

His love for music and passion to see people discover their talent has been his mission over the years and is evident in the teams he has trained and developed in the church world.

 

ZARA SHLIMOWITZ, Talent Rep

Zara is a release coordinator, music therapist, and classically trained oboist from Fort Lauderdale. Recruited for her expertise in the psychology of music and production analysis, she leads research efforts to help guide artists in creating music that is effective in reaching targeted audiences. 

Having graduated from Berklee College of music, Zara has held several clinical positions working with traumatic brain injury patients as well as patients receiving palliative care. Her most recent research has focused on proving the efficacy of group music therapy in the hospice setting for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Music is art, but it is also a science. Zara believes that every artist should have access to understanding the psychology of music in order to establish a truly successful career in the music industry..

Ann Carli is a Film & Music producer, known for Britney Spears Crossroads (2002) & Fast Food Nation (2006). She brings 40 + year of experience working with international companies like Jive Records, Sony Music, Fox Searchlight and Dick Clark productions .

 

Katherine Werbiansky, A&R Mentor

Katherine Werbiansky (She/They) is a queer and neurodivergent artist, mystic, vocal educator, and Somatic IFS Coach. With training in vocal pedagogy, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Stress Release, her holistic approach to artistic development focuses on vocal technique, nervous system regulation, psycho-education, and Self-expression.

As a singer, Katherine has performed as an operatic soprano under the baton of the late Lorin Maazel, recorded with Jazz singer-songwriter Patricia Barber, and now is exploring her vision as a therapeutic musical theater producer in Chicago. She identifies as a vocal chameleon feeling equally at home coaching opera, musical theater, pop/rock, gospel, and commercial contemporary genres.

Katherine believes that every human is innately artistic, musical, intuitive, and full of ancestral wisdom. It is her sacred work to provide a space for artists to explore, integrate, and elevate their essential creative voice.
